This ‘ , we are thrilled to announce a new initiative and one that sits close to our hearts – introducing our Women in Isle of Man Maritime Meet-Ups.

Our quarterly Women in Isle of Man Maritime Meet-Ups will provide the fabulous females working in our Isle of Man’s maritime sector an opportunity to come together to share insights, confront challenges, and forge connections in what is still a very male-dominated industry, where their presence is invaluable yet underrepresented.

Not only will these meet-ups provide a platform to network with other women working in the sector, but they will also be an opportunity to:
♀ Share invaluable insights and personal journeys.
♀ Discuss the challenges you face and navigate solutions together.
♀ Explore opportunities for growth and innovation in our sector.
♀ Develop strategies to inspire the next wave of female leaders.
♀ Encourage more girls to consider STEM subjects in their education.
♀ Promote maritime as a desirable career path for girls.

These quarterly meet-ups aim to encourage, inspire, support, and empower women in maritime. Whether you’re at the helm of your career or just setting sail, your voice, your experiences, and your aspirations are what will drive this initiative forward.
Our seas are vast, and the opportunities within them are boundless but it’s a voyage made richer through shared experiences, wisdom, and the collective ambition of women.
