Maritime Careers Fair & Maritime Expo 2024

We are excited to announce the 3rd Maritime Careers Fair and Maritime Expo, which will take place on Saturday 20th July 2023, from 11:00 to 15:00 at the Villa Marina’s Promenade and Colonnade Suites.

Open to school children, school leavers, graduates and adults looking for a change in career or sector, the event will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet with member firms who work in this diverse sector to discuss the variety of roles and opportunities available to those considering a career in the maritime sector. We will also be joined by a number of maritime training centres who will be coming to the Island and will be available to talk about about the various pathways available for those interested in a career at sea.

The Isle of Man boasts an amazing cluster of maritime organisations and this event is the perfect place to meet them.

The event will also provide a platform to highlight the remarkable work done by RNLI, Harbours, Coastguard, and Yacht Clubs – we believe it is essential to recognise the outstanding contribution these organisations make to our community and the wider maritime industry.
