DESCRIPTION:\,    ! \nThis  ‘ \, we are thrilled to announce a new initiative and one that sits close to our hearts – introducing our Women in Isle of Man Maritime Meet-Ups. \n? \nOur quarterly Women in Isle of Man Maritime Meet-Ups will provide the fabulous females working in our Isle of Man’s maritime sector an opportunity to come together to share insights\, confront challenges\, and forge connections in what is still a very male-dominated industry\, where their presence is invaluable yet underrepresented. \n? \nNot only will these meet-ups provide a platform to network with other women working in the sector\, but they will also be an opportunity to: \n♀ Share invaluable insights and personal journeys.\n♀ Discuss the challenges you face and navigate solutions together.\n♀ Explore opportunities for growth and innovation in our sector.\n♀ Develop strategies to inspire the next wave of female leaders.\n♀ Encourage more girls to consider STEM subjects in their education.\n♀ Promote maritime as a desirable career path for girls. \n? \nThese quarterly meet-ups aim to encourage\, inspire\, support\, and empower women in maritime.
