Shell Ship Management Limited was first established on the Isle of Man in 1986, alongside Marine Personnel Services Isle of Man Limited to provide recruitment, training and placement services to seafarers for the Shell International Trading & Shipping Fleet of Oil, Gas and Chemical Tankers, and to other third party owners and managers.
Our mission is to deliver value to our customers through flawless execution in safety, reliability, cost management and operational efficiencies.
What we do:
With over 30 years’ experience in the field of recruitment and placement we have supported the wider Shell Group not only in the provision of seafarers for fleet vessels but also to assist on FPSOs, FSUs, and very many shore based positions around the globe.
Achieving ISO 9001 accreditation with Lloyds Register in 1992 accreditation continues today as we prepare to transition to the latest ISO Standard.
MLC 2006 Compliance having been certified in 2013 is ratified annually by the Isle of Man Principal Surveyor for the Isle of Man Government.
